Who Should Attend
The following personnel should attend:
  • Aircraft operator, maintenance organisation, aerodrome and regulatory authority personnel responsible for the development, implementation and management of quality assurance programmes
  • Personnel wishing to become aviation quality and safety lead auditors
  • Current lead auditors looking to upgrade their knowledge and skills.

Programme Outcome
At the end of this training programme, participants will have detailed knowledge of the requirements of ISO 19011 and how to apply quality audit principles and practices in the management of a quality assurance programme.

Qualification Certificate
Participants who have attended and successfully passed the full five days will be issued with an aviation auditor achievement certificate and a schedule of the training programme content.

Course numbers will be assessed 14 days prior to the scheduled course commencement date.
